Exchange Miami meets Vienna!

Empowerment is the main word that comes into my mind, when I think about this Exchange. To be empowerment by knowing that people on another continent work for the same aim: Equality in life and dance not only theoretical but also practical. Inspite of all restrictions in our mind, environmental and moneywise We wanted to dance with each other, make pieces because this is the way we as artists - besides our physical possibilites- express ourselfes. By connectting different countries but same ideas, we could show whats going on in the world, what goes wrong with this world and that a better world for all is possible. I am very thankful for getting to know how other disabled and nondisabled artists work and survive on daily basis. Being equal but not the same is important to see, to stand and to appreciate as an artist in times when the world goes astray.
